Clayton Valley Charter High School

In coordination with the City of Concord, FREE COVID-19 testing will be provided EVERY WEDNESDAY from 8 AM to 4 PM. The testing is by appointment only and will take place at Centre Concord located at 5298 Clayton Rd, Concord, across from Clayton Valley Bowl and behind In-Shape Fitness Center. PMH Laboratory Inc. and Agile Force, Inc. will be providing this FREE service. You must sign-up via the online scheduler to make an appointment. The online scheduler will send reminders to each participant by email and text message 24 hours and 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The scheduler for February 3rd is now open!
