Kevin and I have been doing some soul searching about upcoming volunteering. We watched Priceless on Saturday. I have been a fierce advocate for children for much of my life. As someone who works with children everyday, I feel like this is an injustice that is the most heinous of crimes. We were devastated to know that there are over 244,000 American children are being exploited right here on our soil. These are children, mostly girls, who are bought and sold like a materia...l item. Human trafficking is a $32 billion business all over the world and it is the fastest growing industry. We are meeting next week with a local agency to see how we can help.
