As I call my clients to see how they are, I am also finding that people don’t really reach out for help unless you reach out to them first. If you have a family member or friend in their senior years, reach out to them. If they need help and you are not able to provide the assistance, there are some local outreach programs that are specifically helping our senior community. I joined a local fb page that is providing tons of information I did not know existed. Yes, we might need to self isolate for a bit, but from our computers and phones there are ways to help those less able than us. Lend a loving hand...it will help our hearts stay stronger
