Just concluded walk-throughs and initial training with the Maritime Academy...which means we're moving closer to go-live! It's gut check time but no worries here; we've got a team of university stakeholders and CKIS installers fully committed to the success of this new system. In a few short weeks we will welcome the Maritime Academy into the AiM-CSU community!

And Utilities Distribution is live with their updated AiM system and mobile applications one week ahead of schedule! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the University of Iowa, hope to be here again soon.

Wrapping up meetings with Facilities Management this morning. This is an innovative group with a mature O&M software implementation; bringing all sorts of "Next Level" challenges to the table. At CKIS, we're so looking forward to working with the FM team here.

At the Ford Alumni Center today conducting "all-hands" sessions for Capital Planning & Facilities Management. As project stakeholders work diligently on their AiM software implementation, it's incredibly important to keep the entire staff in the know. Setting expectations and promoting a culture of inclusion is key to a successful software deployment. On a personal note, it’s a privilege to work with an organization like CPFM at the University of Oregon. Awesome.

Just wrapped up initial meetings with Cal Maritime, the smallest of 23 universities in the California State University system. Evidently good things do come in small packages. The culture, the people and this beautiful setting...wow!
