HIGHLAND SENIOR GROCERY DELIVERY PROGRAM Highland’s Senior Grocery Delivery Service Program is open for enrollment. This program will assist senior citizen residents by paying the cost of an annual membership to a local grocery delivery service such as Instacart Express or Walmart Unlimited.
