That is because my tribe has been the victim of many conspiracy theories over the centuries and they culminated in a genocide which killed half my family. But arguing with conspiracy theorists is like grabbing mercury as well as big bummer for parties and old friendships, hence I held off being too confrontational.... Alas, now that we have a conspiracy king in the White House and one of the highest levels of conspiracy interest in historywith serious danger to elections, minorities and mental health, among other thingsI felt I had to put my research, analysis and feelings out there. "Our Golden Age of Conspiracies", given the current situation, is one of the most important and difficult articles I have ever written. It is also one of the most personal. Aside from the historical survey in the introduction and The Anti-Conspiracy Manifesto, it includes An Open Letter to My Dear Friend John Edmiston Milich and Anti-Jewish Conspiracies and the Conspiracy of Love.
