Please help Ryan make his $1,500 goal! https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/947909/2018

Every year Ryan has had his head shaved, to raise money for kids with cancer. St. Baldricks in partnership with Keaton’s Childhood Alliance uses the money for cancer research and supporting the child’s family during treatment. ANY donations help. Even if its $5.00 https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/947909/2018

A step in the right direction. The law that was made to protect a protected class is now being abused. https://www.davis-stirling.com//Aggressive-Assistance-Anim

PSA: Not all candle holders are created equal. Birch wood should never be used because the bark is actually highly flammable. Birch bark is used by survivalists around the world because it can actually catch fire when wet. Ryan found these fairly attractive yet dangerous candle holders while shopping.. Please SHARE!

We hear "what do you mean I can't do that" all the time, from new owners. It is incredibly important to read your governing documents before closing. http://www.ocregister.com//hoa-homefront-what-governing-d/

The news may put a positive spin on AB 407 and AB 634 but they will both cause more harm than good. AB 407 allows for people to have "gatherings" without insurance or security deposits. And AB 634 will cause a liability nightmare for HOA's. Who is going to keep track of the homeowners that need to carry extra insurance and how will they easily manage maintenance? Also, what happens when the roof needs to be structurally changed to support all the extra weight? will the HOA pay? AB 634 will be a great law. We strongly oppose kickbacks... http://www.ocregister.com//hoa-homefront-what-sacramento-/

We would be interested to see photos of the association and the meadow. We can go either way on this. At the end of the day the association has the right to make them clean it up.. https://www.loudountribune.com/lawsuit-hoa-forcing-landown/

In local news... The media is a powerful tool when you want to instigate change. In this case its for a more kid friendly community. I'm sure their next meeting will be a full house! http://sacramento.cbslocal.com//granite-bay-hoa-kids-play/
