COVID-19 Update: CiCi’s Cafe in both Tarzana and Westlake Village will be open and will be limiting restaurant services to only take-out, curbside service and catering. We are open everyday at 7:30am until 3:00pm (last order is taken at 2:30pm). We will do the best we can to serve our community and ask that you stay safe, support one another and together, we will face this uncertainty as a community, one day at a time.
