This loan is a streamlined loan and there is no need for an appraisal nor to verify how much your income is. If the rate is dropping enough and there is a benefit, then you QUALIFY! The Second One is that the VA is still allowing Cash Out up to 100% of the appraised value of your home. If you have or have not already taken cash out, your home may have appreciated since the closing of your last loan and you may be eligible to take cash out to pay off high interest credit cards, auto loans, lines of credit, student loans, Solar or HERO loans if you have them, or to just have cash in hand. In both cases there is no out of pocket cost and the process is very easy. We can close these for you in 21-25 days. We can also set it up so that you are able to defer two payments and get a refund of your current impound escrow account balance. Overall both programs are GREAT for Veterans.
