1) Financing Like anything in life you want to buy, you must secure the means to purchase. A home is no different, however, it is probably the largest purchase of your life. Talk to trusted advisors to see what the best action plan is for you to buy a home. The goal is to work on the action plan until you are ready. If financing, you will need a letter from the lender stating you are pre-approved and what your buying power is. Not sure who to call? Call me! I will get you in ...touch with some of my most trusted advisors. . 2) Find an agent Finding an agent is very important. Hiring the wrong agent can cost you money, delays and headaches. Be sure to work with someone you can trust, will guide you and will protect your best interest at all times. This is the part where I offer my services lol. My goal is to provide you with the ultimate customer service that that will create a long-term relationship for all your future real estate needs. . 3) Go See Homes This is probably the most exciting part. It is important to go see the homes you are most interested in. It is important when your agent gathers a list of homes to see, that you tell your agent which one interest you the most. Contact me for a complimentary list. . 4) Putting in an Offer Once you have found the home you want, we will put in an offer that justifies the property and your position. Your offer may get accepted, countered, or rejected. If all goes well and an offer is signed, you will go into escrow and some serious work begins. There will be inspections, an appraisal, and loan paperwork. A great agent will be by your side along every step of the way and help to facilitate the process. . 5) Closing Day This is the day most anticipated. The day you worked so hard to get to. Finally closing will take place where money and title/keys will be exchanged....yayyyyyy You will review and sign some paperwork get keys and ready to move in when the deed is recorded. Yay!
