Friday, February 5, 2021 Active I USE MY GIFTS TO DIRECT MY LIFE.... Life is always in motion. From a subatomic particle to a galaxy, from the smallest one-celled creature to the entire universe, life itself is always moving, changing, and evolving. If I want to participate in the joy of creation, I must set myself in motion as well. I move into action by first taking stock of my intuitive guidance so my every action is spiritually directed. In this moment, I become quiet and ask, What is mine to do? Rising from my inner stillness, I feel a sure and calming sense of divine support and direction. I know what is mine to know, and I follow my inner leanings. Allowing my spiritual nature to guide my action, I am led to better outcomes and move toward my greatest good. Thursday, February 4, 2021 Brave BRAVERY MAKES ME UNSTOPPABLE.... I deserve the best life has to offer. The power of my dreams could take me far, but sometimes I shrink from taking the steps to make them come true. Today I say no to timidity, as I remind myself that the power of God is with me always. I am a spiritual being, brave and confident. I believe I am capable of achieving what I set out to do. My spiritual practices fortify my will and keep me motivated and full of confidence. I envision myself bravely moving forward to make my dreams a reality. I affirm: I am brave, I am unstoppable until I feel those words pulsate at every level of my being. I end each day with a prayer of gratitude for the gift of bravery and the power it gives me. Be strong and of good courage, and act. Thursday, November 12, 2020 Inspiration MY INNER LIGHT INSPIRES ME.... I may find inspiration in words and actions of people I admire, the majesty of nature, or the beauty of art. But that which causes me to feel inspired already exists within me. I can touch my innate inspiration in prayer. As I do, I feel a new clarity lifting my awareness and find my center of receptive peace. My heart grows lighter as I awaken to my inspiration. A glowing radiance gathers and builds within me. Divine ideas rise in my thoughts, leading me to a deep inner knowing. Embracing this moment opens me fully to inspiring thoughts and feelings. I believe I am divinely inspired, and I trust my gifts will make a difference in my life and in the world. Tuesday, November 10, 2020 Pray for Others I OPEN MY HEART AS I PRAY FOR OTHERS.... Affirmative prayer blesses my life and my world. I make time every day to turn away from distractions and busyness and rest in contemplative silence. With deep breaths, I draw from the healing flow of life as I relax my mind and body. I begin by letting go of attachments and worries. When my mind is cleansed and my heart is open, I am ready to pray. I silently affirm my unity with God and with all life. As I focus my awareness on the Christ within, I allow that radiant light to shine forth, uplifting everyone I’m holding in prayer. I pray for my friends, family, and all people with each breath. Monday, November 9, 2020 Strength I EMBODY AND EXPRESS SPIRITUAL STRENGTH.... True spiritual strength is different from control or domination, and it is much more powerful. As I consider the many expressions of life, I find that real strength is not brittle or hard, but understanding and compassionate. It does not force its own way but supports the highest good of everyone. No matter my physical or personal circumstances, I have an inner resource, a center of limitless, reliable strength within me. I touch this inner center by envisioning my heart beating with powerful energy and life. As my posture reflects this new awareness of peace and confidence, I feel strong. Sunday, November 8, 2020 Healing I EMBRACE THE HEALING FLOW OF DIVINE LIFE.... If my body experiences any kind of health challenge, I turn within to release all fear and all concern as I affirm that illness is not part of my true identity. I remember that wholeness is my birthright as a spiritual being. I surrender any anxiety as I fill my consciousness with healing thoughts. My mind’s eye sees each cell of my body aglow with the energy of divine life. In prayer, I express appreciation for all of my body’s marvelous functions. I commit to taking time to bless my body with rest, exercise, and good nutrition. I speak affirming words of Truth to encourage my body’s healing response. Saturday, November 7, 2020 Guidance MY INDWELLING SPIRITUAL PRESENCE GUIDES MY LIFE.... It is easy to trust the guidance of my inner wisdom when everything is going well in my life. However, what happens to my faith when storm clouds appear? Releasing my concerns, I open to the spiritual presence within. If I hold worries in my mind and try to solve them myself, I can’t always see the divinely inspired answers that may be right in front of me. Instead, I choose to hold fast to my belief that divine guidance will carry me through uncertain times. Guidance can come in ways that may surprise me. It can come when I least expect it, so I keep my mind open and receptive. The still, small voice inside directs me to my perfect path and inspires me to follow.
