You’re house may be worth more than you think Just a couple days ago, the co-founder of Zillow, Spencer Rascoff, purchased another Brentwood property for $5.7 million dollars. The kicker.... the zestimate said it was worth $4.4 million, meaning he paid more than $1 million more than the projected value!! This just goes to show that the often referred to Zestimate is not an accurate estimate of what your property is worth or what it can sell for. It’s always in your best interest to consult with a trusted realtor when determining the value of your home, and not relying on a number that an app gave you.
