Our Mama Chong’s famous fried rice! She made this for her sisters when they came to visit from Malaysia a few years ago. They liked it so much that she made it very often and it became a staple at the Chong’s house! It’s shrimp, pork, eggs, onions, cilantro, ginger and spice. you’ve got to try our Mama Fried Rice!
