It's still a work in progress, but here's our current path of evolution and survival. In response to the region-wide lockdown, we have decided the best way to keep safe while still allowing our staff as much work as possible, is to ask everyone to plan a little in advance. https://chipwrecked.square.site/pre-order-options We will be offering daily menus with limited selections for pre-order. Orders need to be placed a minimum of one day in advance. Our staff will provide con...tactless delivery in the five-cities area for just $10 per order. As always, orders of $200 or more will include free delivery. For offices and work teams, if you are ordering separately for a single delivery, contact us for a delivery coupon code. You may also select to schedule to pick-up your order at the shop for no charge. Please note, our ordering system may set a default time for both delivery and pick-up based on how many orders we receive. If the time you are hoping for is not available, please email us at [email protected]. We will make arrangements to make it work for you. As always, thank you for your support and understanding. In case you just want the facts: we will be closed for at least a few days. I'm kicking off some much needed days off with a little Christmas spirit, holiday decorating and a favorite Christmas movie. In case you want the longer ramblings: I'm a bright side kinda girl, always looking for the silver lining. Traditionally this is the absolute slowest week of the year. It also happens to be finals time for my staffers who have endured a long semester of online college (yuck).... A new lockdown is not good news but we decided to appreciate that this first week happens to fall on an already slow week and take advantage of the quiet time to take a few days off. So, A little rest, a little time to regroup, a little break for students to concentrate on tests. It will serve us well. We will be back soon with new plans for pre-orders, takeout and maybe even some delivery options. Who knows. 2020 just keeps bringing us new "opportunities" to try new things and to spend extra time with our families. At the end of the day, I'm proud of how hard we have worked to stay safe. I'm grateful for the support you've shown us. I'm amazed that through all the trials and tribulations we are still open and making silly potato chips. And I'm ready for a little downtime before we pivot and adjust again. I'll update you all asap with new options to safely #getchipwrecked soon.
