Thank you to Stater Bros. Markets for providing shopping carts to Children's Fund to use during our Celebration of Giving campaign! Our volunteers use these carts to sort and inventory the toys before we fill the orders for the children of San Bernardino County. Thank you Stater Bros. Markets for your continued support. My son, Nathan, and I volunteered yesterday. It’s always an emotional time in the warehouse as the sheer number of toys shines a very bright light on the needs of our community, especially the needs of our younger population during the holidays. I got a really good sense of how important Children’s Fund is and what a simple toy can mean to a girl or boy. I hope it brings a lot of joy to each child that receives one. - David Glick David and Nathan Glick are two of our amazing volunteers for this year's Celebration of Giving. If you are interested in volunteering, visit our website at childrensfund.org/cog2020 to find our volunteer form. Help give the gift of a happy holiday to the children of our community!

Even with how crazy this year has been, people are still finding it in their hearts to donate to the children, and we are so thankful for that! Children's Fund would like to thank Star Mims for her donation of water bottles and toys to the children of our community. Interested in donating this holiday season? Right now is our 32nd Annual Celebration of Giving Toy Drive! Learn more at childrensfund.org/cog2020.

One of the best parts of helping the children of our community is seeing what amazing, determined young adults they become on their journeys. This quote comes to us from Nancy S in her application for our Shine a Light Scholarship. Keep going, Nancy! We are so proud of you! To learn more about Children's Fund, visit childrensfund.org
The members of the West End Auxiliary of Children's Fund are back with even more creative and fun scarecrow displays! This one is based on their virtual 5k that they started this year! Keep it up, ladies!
Our friends from the West End Auxiliary of Children's Fund were recently showcased in the Claremont Courier for their participation in the Claremont Chamber of Commerce's Claremont Scarecrow Party! Even though school this year is unlike any other, there are still plenty of children that need school supplies in order to succeed in their virtual classrooms. Children's Fund is still accepting donations of school supplies! Visit childrensfund.org/backpacks to learn more about how to give.
Every year at this time(County Combined Giving Campaign), San Bernardino County Department of Child Support Services raises money for Children's Fund through department craft sales, root beer float sales, "wear jeans for the day", auctioning off close parking spots, and other fun ways. This year, with most staff working remotely, those methods won't work as well. DCSS got creative and decided to try something new. They're having a POP UP gourmet popcorn sale to raise funds.... 50% of your purchase will go to Children's Fund. THANK YOU to Child Support Services for your long standing support and to all of you who purchase one of these delicious bags of gourmet popcorn.
