We, Chilbo BBQ , are well-known for our 'hamheung' style nengmyun. Hamheung is the second largest city in North Korea, and they are known for their bibim (mixed) nengmyun. Hamheung nengmyun noodes are made from potato/sweet potato starch, making the noodles extra chewy. You might want to ask our servers to cut your noodles!
