All birds are vaccinated against Marek’s Disease and are very healthy. They range from 4 days old to 6 weeks old. $8-$25 Some breeds are straight run and others are auto sexing.

Exhibiting possibly the most exquisite plumage of any chicken breed, this brown egg layer makes a striking addition to any flock. The Barnevelder chicken is known for hardiness, good winter egg production, a calm disposition as well as being a decent dual purpose bird. More than a dozen Barnevelder varieties were created and recognized, but the Silver Double Laced Barnevelder is known to be the rarest color. Also known as "Barnies", they are a docile breed. German Bielefelder & Silver Double Laced Barnvelders available now. Pullets & Roosters- 6 months old- pullets are beginning to lay. Both of these stunning breeds are rare. I have pullets that are a beautiful addition to anyone’s flock but they don’t quite meet the standards for my breeding pen. I also have roosters that are exceptional quality but I can’t keep all of them. German Bielefelders are a very large stately bird. They have a calm temperaments and are truly sweeth...earts. Gentle giants for sure! They are amazing dual purpose birds and in addition they are auto sexing at birth so you were able to determine whether you have pullets or cockerels right from the start. Definitely a great homesteaders breed. Silver Double Laced Barnvelders are wonderful dual purpose birds that were imported from Holland. They are sweet in temperament and have amazing double laced feather pattern. They lay a medium dark brown egg and are great choices as pets. They are some of the sweetest roosters that I own. Pullets are $35 and roosters are $30.
