We have our third property under contract yay! I prayed God would drop one in our laps and He did! Another rehab in Rancho Mirage. Demo begins in about 17 days. #3 here we come! Needs a bit of love, but it has potential

19 Creekside will be on the MLS Friday. I will post the link. It turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined! Praise God!
