COVID-19: How to help your neighbors

Good afternoon everyone! Lots of changes in the real estate world this week. I’m seeing a LOT of talk about historically low rates. These have since changed. For those who are considering refinancing and purchasing, do what you can to get yourselves ready for when they level out and lower again. I’m planning on going live on Facebook soon to discuss recent changes and fluctuations, and what we can do to prepare for the coming weeks as our day to day lives change. Also, Bay ...Area clients and friends, hang in there!! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Also, if anyone has any specific questions, please post them below and I’ll address them live tomorrow. With all this said, do what you can to stay home and wash your hands.
