I have a client who used to use Blue Apron & Hello Fresh, but she lives alone and finds it very difficult to physically cook for herself anymore. With this concept in mind, I created a menu around gourmet healthy food options that are easy and maintain their quality for reheating. I am thinking of offering a weekly dinner offering to one or many of the subsets of our community - she resides in one of the Summerset neighborhoods, and I have other Catering clients in Trilogy an...d other Summerset neighborhoods. I did the Kare Bear Luncheon at which the mayor was the keynote speaker. I am looking to expand this concept to many homes. Dinners will be delivered cooked for you to reheat at home (all from Scratch gourmet fresh cooking - Organic, non-GMO, and other dietary constraints can be worked with).
