Karthik is a Cal 19 BioE grad currently working in computational drug discovery at VantAI. Congrats on finishing your first week of the Spring 2020 semester! Chec Consulting’s recruitment week starts today, and we're so excited to meet everyone! Chec consulting is the premier technical consulting student organization at UC Berkeley that serves to facilitate an environment in which students can grow professionally while gaining valuable experience in technical consulting. Tomorrow night is our first Infosession, held in Latimer 433 at 7:00 PM. Come out to Chec us... out and learn more about our projects this semester! As our recruitment theme is Find Your Element this year, we wanted to share Chec Consulting’s impact both professionally and socially on some of our consultants. Starting off, we have Brian Law, who is Chec Consulting’s Spring 2020 Co-President. In joining Chec my sophomore year, I learned a lot more about what chemical engineering in industry is like. Specifically, I have gotten the chance to interact with working industry professionals and to learn how to use specific tools like Aspen to turn concepts into final deliverables that provide value to a partnering company.
