Genaro Ruiz 2 days ago Met Chase, the Owner of Windy City BBQ Restaurant. A humble man. He approached me and asked me to come on in to his restaurant. He wanted me to sample his Ribs with 12 different types of seasonings on them. As well as, his BBQ Ribs. Chase also had me sample his Chicago's Steak Burger, which he cut into four pieces. All I have to say, his food is delicious. A small hole in the wall of a restaurant with great tasting food. For those who live in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed. Hey Family, Chase Windy City Barbecue is finally open. We officially opened our doors on September 1st. The turn out was overwhelming! It has been a long hard road to get to this point and we are excited to bring a taste of Chicago to LA. Our menu includes Barbecue Ribs and Rib Tips, Chicago Style Fried Chicken, Chicken, Beef Links, Steak Burgers & Chicken Sandwiches (with the fixins), Baked Beans and Potato Salad; (fries come with all entrees) sweet potato pies, peach co...bbler, lemon and chocolate cake..and more to add to the menu in the future. And coming soon, for our health conscious Family, protein and veggie burgers, grilled BBQ chicken.
