Signing alert!!! We want to congratulate Scarlett and her family on her commitment to an athletic scholarship in Acro and Tumbling to Arizona Christian University. Scarlett competed for the Gliders through level 8, then focused on her specialty tumbling while participating in high school cheer. Her combination tumbling passes are valuable in the sport of Acro and Tumbling. We are extremely proud, and excited to watch her in this growing sport.

SIGNING ALERT!!! We are proud to congratulate Glider athlete Genevieve Baez on her official commitment to the US Air Force Academy on a full athletic scholarship. Genevieve has been apart of Charter Oak Gymnastics since she was 5 years old. She has had high rankings as a competitor in the HOPES Elite program, and as a level 10 in the JO program. Not only does this scholarship allow her to receive a top notch education, but she has the amazing honor of being able to serve her country as a military service member. We are extremely proud and it has been honor to coach Genevieve throughout her childhood.

We can not get enough of this CUTENESS! This little future gymnasts mommy was a Glider. Thank you Jess for these kind words.... Seeing my daughter in this Leo brought back so many wonderful memories being a Glider. My gymnastic memories are filled with such gratitude, love, and respect towards Beth, Steve, and my other coaches. The gym was my 2nd home. There was no other place i would rather be than in the gym. The respect, hard work, love, and dedication the coaches showed were truly remarkable. I look back at that chapter in my life & it’s something I’ll always remember. It brought me the happiest and most fulfilled memories in my gymnastics career.

Today was Bri’s last training day with us. She is starting her next journey at Southern Utah University to begin her college education and compete on the gymnastics team. Bri and her family have been a part of our Glider family for 16 years. We are so proud of her! @brianna.alcantar @chacha4vida

Today’s special zoom guest spoke with the Gliders and Xcel members about adversity. @miyukimatsune just finished her senior year competing for Seattle Pacific University. Unfortunately she was not able to finish her final season due to the C19 virus. But her gratitude, and positive mind set helps her turn any difficult situation into a lesson, a stepping stone, or a positive outcome. She has had this type of mind set during all her years as a glider, and it was infectious to her team mates and coaches. Thank you Miyuki for a great zoom session with us today!
