This #CancerFightingRecipeFriday we've got delicious Cranberry Apple Oat Muffins! They are a quick and easy breakfast that gives an excellent source of vitamin C, Fiber, and Phytonutrients (phytonutrients help prevent chronic diseases, including cancer). Cranberries have proanthocyanidins (which demonstrate selective cytotoxicity toward several cancer cells) and that can act as antioxidants.
