1. Before you can change your weight, you need to change your nutrition. 2. Before you can change your nutrition , you have to get your mind right. Ask yourself? What are you willing to give up to achieve your weight goal. 3. Excuses get no results, you do not have to be perfect to achieve your goal. You have to be consistent with eating healthy food choices and exercising. Invest in your body, instead of neglecting it. ... 4. When it comes to exercising: Lift free weights, take a class, use machines and try to challenge yourself every time you walk into the gym. 5. If you do not like the gym: workout at home, workout at the park, give up your excuses on why you do not workout. 6. Medicine is exercising and eating healthy. If you cannot move your legs, then move your arms. Stay consistent trying to reach your goal and you will. Weight loss and is dictated by your intake. 7. Increase your water intake!
