Meet our newest Soccer Academy coach Sami!! Sami is a native of Omaha, Nebraska where she attended Millard South high school and played soccer all 4 years, being selected team captain her last 2 years. Sami was chosen to play in the Nebraska Shrine Bowl against girls across Nebraska, where she was also selected as a team captain. After high school, Sami attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she majored in Exercise Science Fitness and Wellness while al...so continuing her soccer career at the collegiate level. Her freshman year Sami was awarded the Strength and Conditioning Female Athlete of the Year. Since college, Sami has lived in Hawaii for a year and now is a resident of Orange County. She is excited for the year round sunshine because she loves to hike, mountain bike, road bike, run, surf-ish and swim! "I am so excited to be joining the Champion’s QUEST team as both a coach and mentor to these young athletes! I am passionate and committed to helping each individual build the mental toughness, physical stamina and technical skill they need in order to preserver into the athlete of their dreams." Congratulations to Anika Piburn on her commitment to play soccer at Biola University, where she will be majoring in Psychology this Fall I chose Biola because as soon as I walked on campus it felt like home to me.
