Cheers! - ' -' . 100% Pinot Noir from a single hectare plot within Mareuil-sur-Aÿ planted back in 1968, this bottle represents the epitome of Billecart-Salmon’s quality winemaking and push towards sustainability with biodynamic farming. The wine is fermented entirely in oak casks and aged in bottle on the lees in the House cellars for 14 years. The resulting wine provides an exceptional Champagne experience and has an aging potential of 20-50 years! . David Ramey - aka "Professor Chardonnay" - has worked with the Rochioli family in the Russian River for years and has been setting the bar high for domestic Chardonnay, producing wine of exceptional purity. . The Haven Vineyard was the original Littorai estate vineyard, planted back in 2001, and nestled between the town of Occidental and the Pacific Ocean. The site is a microcosm of soil and climate, representing the stunning potential of the Sonoma Coast. ' ' . The ‘Tenuta Nuova’ is a visionary vineyard project of the winery, as the vineyard site had previously never been planted to Sangiovese. 2015 was a textbook vintage for Brunello di Montalcino, with an extremely mild winter, early spring rainfall, and dry summer, resulting in a savory wine with powerful tannins and an incredible depth.
