It has been our experience to notice that no matter how much experience, and how much training someone has, if it is not the right fit it just would not work. It has also been our experience that if the amount of time is not optimal it would not work either. ... In order to make a Care Provider work, the most important think is TIME, PATIENCE, AND CONSISTENCY. Think of it as a relationship. You are going to spend with that person a lot of time, therefore is imperative that you get to know that person, and that person gets to know you. There is no way we can feel comfortable with an stranger, no matter how many million of certificates they have. Human connection will always be the key to pick the right person for you or your loved one. WE CONTINUE delivering boxes of food... as of today we have deliver over 300 hundred boxes of FOOD, to SENIORS AND CITIZENS IN NEED in The City of South San Francisco Government .... We believe that we are stronger together and we do our part to support our seniors, you can do your part helping us!!! Read the story of Miriam.... Miriam is a Citizen of South San Francisco. She has been living in South San Francisco for over 30 years, and she is home bound living by her... self. With COVID and SIP, she was unable to provide for her self. Miriam underwent Knee surgery right before SIP order, and she is also Diabetic. She has no family close, and her only income is SSI. Thanks to your help and support, she has been able to keep food in her table, during this difficult time. Miriam has become part of our daily life, we check on her and her needs at least once at week and she gets deliveries regularly from us. We are happy to be able to provide for them, not only food, but also supplies they need to stay clean and safe, and the support to know they are not alone... We hope we can continue to help others in need like her, at least under this difficult time is over, but we definitely need your help for that.... He is able to engage and recover from several health difficulties.
