Aiy-ye-kwee! Big things coming from the Yurok Tribe's Partnership with North Coast Redwoods State Park for operation of Stone Lagoon Visitor Center. Follow us for updates on progress (a few things are secret until we open), Request for Bids, opprotunities and other exciting news as we begin working on this exciting project . Wok-hlew' Yurok TERO for the nice updated roof and the State Parks for the pretty new floors. It's a perfect canvas for us to share the culture, history..., language and lifeway's of Ner'-er-nerh (Yurok Coastal People) with Yurok membership and visitors. We hope to open late spring if COVID allows. Today 1/22/2021 included cleaning, measuring, picking paint colors and starting to layout the exhibit design. To' kee kem ney-wo-soh 'Ne-rah-cheen!
