Together with friends from our local neighborhood, Ministerios La Gloria Es Tuya Jesús., and the greater Christ for all Nations family, we assembled 300 kits that will be donated to the Syrian Refugee Relief. What a blessing it is to bless others!

In last Sunday’s Gospel lesson, we read of the temptation of Jesus (Luke 4:1 13). In the midst of our own struggles with temptation and sin, we can be encouraged that Jesus comes to us who are wounded by these hurts and comforts us, reminding us that we are forgiven and loved. In our daily lives, how might we put on Christ and extend that same message of grace and forgiveness to those who sin against us? This past Sunday, Pastor Chan preached on the Transfiguration of Jesus (Luke 9:28-36). The Greek word for transfigure is metamorpho, which means to transform. What an encouragement to know that the grace God has shown us enables us to be transformed and experience the turning points in our lives! Will you allow God’s grace to transform your life?
