/ / c h a n g e / / Today was bittersweet. You guys came out all day to say hello, goodbye and to pick up a record or two (or 30) which was totally rad. But then we got word about the awfulness in Paris and we found it hard to wrap our head around what was happening. Tomorrow is our last day at #ceremonyrecords. So stop in, have a beer on us and let's chat. Everything is still 50% off and we'll be here from 11-7.

The proto-goth masterpiece, ‘Unknown Pleasures‘ didn’t get one song released as a single. Only 'She's Lost Control' would eventually emerge on a 7. It was the AA-side to 'Atmosphere', which was released a couple weeks after Ian Curtis’s suicide. Today's Feature: Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures (1979)
