This week we are recognizing Macon B. Allen, an accomplished leader from the 1800s. A true #BarrierBreaker, Macon fought against the odds to become the first Black lawyer in the United States. Our participants at CEO often face a number of barriers when they return home. Our program is dedicated to helping them overcome these barriers so that they too can achieve success. #BlackHistoryMonth
