Mailing Soul Notes to clients. At the end of sessions I write down their takeaways and put them in the mail with a decorated envelope. Remember how much fun it was to get snail mail? I find that folks usually have the answers within them and I just provide the space to help them find them. On a totally separate note: it’s is so sad saying goodbye to clients! They always get better and leave me! I fall in love over and over again and get attached and then they fly away and I’m left just following them on Instagram and loving them from afar with heart emojis and prayers.
