Biggest COVID-19 Challenge: Rick has found that the biggest immigration-related challenges employers have faced due to COVID-19 have been the shutdown of the consulates USCIS offices and borders, which made the issuance of visas and other immigration benefits practically impossible, the additional restrictions imposed on eligibility for immigration benefits and the proliferation of working from home outside the IT sector has caused employers to reevaluate the value of working visas for their employees. She is also an experienced trial attorney and prior to joining CDF, she worked as a prosecutor successfully trying numerous jury trials to verdict.
