We were so busy yesterday we forgot to post this months #teamtuesday! Meet Kayli Morales, B.S., SLPA. Kayli is our onsite Speech language Pathologist Assistant. Here's a little bit more about Kayli! 1. Family? As much or as little as you want to share I come from a family of 6! I am the baby of the family.and the ONLY girl, but it gave me a lot of quality time with my mom. I had so much fun growing up, and still do! We love having Sunday Family Dinners, where we all meet up ...at my parent’s house and share how our weeks have been. I am also a proud Aunt/Nina (godmother) to some amazing nieces and nephews and a proud dog owner of a geriatric Pug named Abby! 2. What inspired you to pursue speech? I received some speech therapy as child (working on my /r/) and I had the best time with my speech therapist, we played games and she helped me finally say my brothers names correctly (Ronnie and Ryan). I knew when I got older I wanted to help other kids say their family members names correctly too ;). 3. What hobby do you have in your free time? /Weekend favorites? In my free time I love to paddle board (I stick to the enclosed bodies of water). I also love the challenge of seeing a movie on opening weekends at the movie theater! 4. Favorite tv show(s)? My guilty pleasure is anything on E! (The Real Housewives, Keeping up with the Kardashians) and The Bachelor/Bachelorette. I’m still waiting for another season of Born This Way to be released! 5. Favorite food? Candy? Dessert? Beverage (coffee, ice tea, etc.) I LOVE anything chocolate! Growing up I made a lot of cookies for family dinners and holiday’s, so I always love a nice warm cookie.no raisins. If I could keep a Starbucks barista in my office, I would! 6. Anywhere in the world you could travel, where would you go? I would always travel back to Colorado, I’ve already been there but that’s the one place I love visiting over and over again.and Barcelona!
