Once again, the Carson & Colorado Railway has the pleasure of thanking F.W. Aggregate, Inc and Dick Bowman for their generosity. Our building project at the Eastern California Museum required an additional 100+ tons of material in order to be completed. F.W. Aggregate donated the necessary material! The total donation was 1100.11 tons of material!! Thank you so much for your generous donation!!!

On October 15, 2016, #18 was steamed up and moving on 100' of snap track laid on ties in Dehy Park, Independence. A cheer went up as the locomotive moved under steam power for the first time in 62 years.

More material for the foundation.

Thanks to the generous donation from F.W. AGGREGATE, INC. in Lone Pine, 1,000 tons of base material was delivered to the Eastern California Museum in Independence, where the future Engine House of fully restored Locomotive #18 is under construction! Thank you Dick Bowman and F.W. Aggregate!!
