Now taking on new clients for 2021 renovations. Call us today: 626-799-9701 I hired Cynthia Bennett & Associates to add a master suite to my house. My house was a 950 SF 2-bed, 2-bath built in the 1920's. The house is built on a slope and had a walk-in basement with a utility room and storage area, CBA expanded the house to add an interior staircase and hallway to the basement. They transformed the utility room/storage area into a master suite with an adjacent utility are...a for the washer/dryer. We are very pleased with the outcome. CBA is very respectful of the historical appearance of the home and respected my desire to have no impact to the front appearance. CBA incorporated interior details present in the untouched original rooms, including a coved ceiling in the master bedroom and radius corners to the walls, as well as windows that matched the existing.
