CWC Catheliya Wellness Center's new logo. I did the painting myself. Then I just had to add the letters. That was harder then the painting.. I hope everyone likes it!!

I chose today to practice to be humble... "Your inner most sense of self, of who you are, is inseparable from stillness. That is the I Am that is deeper than name and form." I teach my clients that not only do you need to heal your body. You also have to heal your soul. Or your body will always continue to have pain. So I am practicing what I preach. I have been on a journey for many years to find and reconnect with myself. I think that I have finally found it.

Some deep words to contemplate. Since graduating from college in 2007, I have not been able to pick up a book and read it. This has really been devastating to me. As when i finally fell in love with ready for only a few short years. I fell out of it. Them a good friend of mine recommend this book to me. Many of you have probably already read it. The first sentence "When you lose touch with your inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself." ... These words hit me like a freight train!! It opened up a part of my brain that has been shut down for too long. Then the rest of the paragraph. "When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world." By Eckhart Tolle That completed what I was looking for that I had lost in me. And now it found it!!!!
