COVID-19 hasn’t slowed down the real estate market, in fact quite the opposite. Of the homes sold in July, 34% were first time buyers taking advantage of extremely low rates, while still competing against muliple offers to find their dream home. For the first time since March, the fall in inventory reversed in Fresno County and appears to be leveling off in Kings, Madera, and Merced counties. More inventory leading to more opportunities for your next home.
