DADDY, I LOVE YOU! MY DAD HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR OVER A MONTH. It's been such a scary few weeks for us.October is the busiest wedding month of the year even during COVID. I have been very busy with weddings and traveling to 4 states all while my father has been ill has been so hard emotionally. The day before I left for Yosemite, I brought him back to the ER, and leaving him was one of the hardest things I had to do. He lives with our family and Cash i...s his "little buddy" since the day he was born. Today we go the news that he has lung cancer and I can't begin to explain how much that hurts to hear. It's tearful and hard just to even write those words. At this time, I'm going to do my best to make sure he knows how much we all love him. With strict covid regulations visiting is challenging but hopefully, they will bring him home soon to see his grandkids. Hold your family a little tighter and tell them how much you love them and say a little prayer for us. See more

Headed back home from a beautiful intimate wedding in Yosemite. I climbed mountains with this beautiful couple at sunrise. One of my favorite adventures to date!

Yesterday was one for the books! When reality set in for many couples that they had to cancel or postpone due to COVID, it CRUSHED so many hearts. As time went on, I began to really study what couples wanted and still hoped for their weddings in the near future, all while keeping a close eye on government restrictions that felt like day to day changes. When Dawn and I (the designer and florist) sat down and brainstormed ways we could still create weddings just as ...magical if not more now that guests counts were drastically reduced, it was pretty much a no brainer. Smaller more intimate weddings actually give you the freedom to add in much more detail than you could if you had a guest count of 150. You see it’s the attention to detail and a very skilled eye that make a wedding look like a fairytale. (along with your prince charming of course.) You now have a very intimate exqiste experience for you and your closest people near and dear to you and you’re able to enjoy every moment without overwhelm. If you know someone who is thinking about this but unsure of where to start, share this with them and encourage them to reach out with any questions. Happy Wedding day Kendall and Channing! I have adored these two since our first phone call and over a year and a half ago. Their original wedding date was moved from spring to fall and they have been through so much.I’m so excited today is their special day and I'm so honored to share this day with them.

This may be the last muted image on my feed for a while! I have always loved clean muted images in my feed and my work but lately I’ve had a craving to go rouge for a while. Bright pops of color makes my heart sing lately! I’m sure I will go back to my roots, but for now, expect to see some bright sunshine & summer colors soon! Also, how incredible is this image? "WE CREATED THE PERFECT WEB TO CATCH OUR BUTTERFLY" When my dear friend and I, floral magician Dawn @tularosaflowers, decided to put together an all-inclusive micro wedding package a few months ago after our industry came to a standstill, we knew we still wanted to create a LUXURY experience just as we always have regardless of the wedding having 200 guests or 25. You see, we are BIG DREAMERS, and our creativity flows best when we get the opportunity to be one with... our talents that we so desperately need to recharge regularly. That in itself is devastating, and the desire and excitement to plan your dream wedding are barely alive. When they found out that we had a team of amazing vendors whose vision and style all aligned together in a complete luxury package, they were all in, and the excitement was alive again! Now we are planning and designing an INCREDIBLY DREAMY intimate wedding for them that will have a comforting intimacy with 25 of their closest friends and family with magazine-worthy images just as they have always dreamed.
