No car required for this field trip - Highland Park and Garvanza are both accessible by foot from my home in Pasadena. Though nearby, these neighborhoods are considered part of Los Angeles and it’s fun to run only several miles and cross the boundary into another city.

Finally it feels like winter in Pasadena! We’ve had a mix of rain days followed by cool weather and clear skies.

What's new for 2021? Starting he year with optimism and continuing tto share the view from Pasadena and greater LA area.

As 2020 winds down, I continue to enjoy the view from Pasadena, our tree-lined streets and exploring by foot.
