Can you tell WHEN your target market is ready to buy? Do you know how to close in a way so people actually like to do business with you? Use your CRM as to document conversations you’ve already had and follow up. A well maintained CRM will tell you when it's time to ask for the sale, and then: ask for the sale. Again, don't worry about being fancy. Here’s a "close" that can’t be any simpler when the time has come: "Would you like me to help you?" Some people say yes. Some say no. Don't get caught up in obsessing over that. Instead, obsess over results you can get for your marketplace. If you deliver enough value, more people will say yes than no.
