Now this was an unusual home. Needed quite a bit of work. 19200 Gloria in Pine Grove. 3,496 square feet! I had the listing and it sold for $190,000 the first month in 2015. You may have heard Real Estate agents mention having a listing opportunity"; but remember, that's also the opportunity for the seller to make the right choice. Sellers need a seasoned agent that can maneuver through all the aspects of an offer, and know which ones will work. The highest offer isn’t always best, if the loan doesn’t fit the house. Also, when it’s an up market, you should have an agent that knows how to get you through an appraisal that is lower than the contract price.
