If you don't know what inspires you, what you would love to wake up and do everyday, you feel lost. When any challenge is perceived as on the way, instead of in the way, it no longer runs you. When you perceive a challenge as on the way, you no longer label it as traumatic, painful, detrimental - it becomes an event. To do this, you must see the unseen, the benefits of a situation that you are currently blind to. If you don't, you will continue to see things as in the way. Which gives you the opportunity to run the story that hinders you from seeing and experiencing ...the expansive opportunities in front of you. The first option of perception is purposefully challenging, the latter is just daily brain noise. Both will push you and challenge you, but one will be more inspiring than the other. When you love yourself for who you are, you show up as who you love. When you judge yourself for who you are (perceptions of who you should, need to, have to, supposed to be) you miss out on the magnificence of the life you created. Instead, striving and pushing to life a life that isn't in alignment with who you are and become a person you think you should be instead of being who you are. I've seen how lost people get in these states and how depreciated they become. Which a...ffects not just your goals, but your internal and external health, and even your relationships. As humans you are told to be "proud" of your accomplishments, but did you know that too much pride is detrimental? It actually needs shame to balance out your self exaggerated perception of who you are. So the more shame you have, the more pride you have. The more pride you have the more shame you have. When you see the balance of who you are, you take no credit and take no blame, your pride and shame dissipate. You instead have Certainty.

When you finally realize there is no alternative to living a life that you are inspired by, you also realize that there is no turning back to the life that you lived in comfort. Those moments when the Why becomes so great are the perfect catalysts to ignite the How that will get you there.
