On March 19th, Governor Newsom ordered all Californians to stay at home except for essential services. Filing tax returns is an essential service that is necessary to help tax payers receive their refunds, therefore our offices will remain working but with the new office procedures listed below. The IRS and State of California have extended the filing deadline to July 15th. Our office is still committed to completing your tax return as soon as possible. We recognize that t...he sooner a return is completed, the sooner you will have a refund in your hand. Our goal is to have all returns received through March 20th finished before April 15th. We apologize in advance if we do not meet this goal but be assured we are diligently working to get your return done. Our office hours from now until April 15th will be Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For the safety of our clients and staff, we will be conducting all business via phone and email. Thank you for your understanding during this time.

**3/20/20: This information may no longer be up to date. Continue to check www.irs.gov/coronavirus** Treasury and the #IRS allow a delay of most tax payments... until July 15, 2020. You still need to file your return or request a filing extension by April 15. No additional filing is necessary for the payment extension. The IRS urges taxpayers who are owed a tax refund to file as quickly as possible. For those who can’t file by the April 15 deadline, the IRS reminds individual taxpayers that everyone is eligible to request a six-month extension to file their return.
