Hello Everyone! Hope this message will find you all in the good grace of the Lord. It has been my pleasure to serve you all since 2003. My musical journey started with the Rosewater Hall construction. This is where the Bay Area Tejano Club was started by Mr. Mario Sanchez and my passion for the tex-mex music began. This led to bringing live entertainment and dancing to Carlos Goldstein from 2006 to 2011 providing free music for a mature audience that truly loved old school La...tin music as well as couple dancing. Personally, I have been truly blessed to have had the opportunity to meet so many of you beautiful people and to have shared so many good memories. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support love and understanding. I would also like to thank my entire musical family this meaning the bands that have performed at my restaurant. I truly admire your brotherhood amongst each other. You all are always there for each other and the community in time of needs. Thank you for allowing us to share our feelings through music together. God bless you all. The year 2012 began a different story for me and it has come time for me to say good bye. There will no longer be any live music on weekends at Carlos Goldsteins after Aug 11th 2012. I would invite you to come by this day and share your greatest memories of Carlos Goldsteins with me and to just say farewell to a great place full of memories. CG will change hands and it will be called Driggs Sport Bar and Grill. The venue will be remodel and reopened December 31st.2012. There will be live music but not sure what type of music. This well be up to Steve the new owner. Business will continue to be open during normal business hours. There will be DJ music on weekends and we are open to private parties as well, Hopefully there will be room to do a Halloween and or New Year eve party. I’ll keep you posted with all the changes.
