The ER Doctor provided a few Breathing Treatments to open up the lungs to provide relief. Our Veteran desire a Warm Safe Secured Living Quarters in West Laguna Elk Grove, CA and or Greenhaven in South Sacramento, CA. Our Veteran cannot remain alone any longer.
