CARE California Real Estate Appraisal

During an FHA inspection for a purchase loan I discovered mold in the homes rear bedroom and bathrrom on most interior surfaces and overwhelming smell. I called out a Home Inspection with significant protest from buyer, seller, lender and agents. It was then discovered a sewage line that was broken, apparently for a long time based on all the waste piled under the bedroom. Ultimately the deal went through after some renegotiation and remediation.
