Congratulations to Steve V. Meng and his CARE Foundation on their Inauguration of the Srey Santhor High School in Kampong Cham promoting literacy and education ...as a vehicle towards a bright future. @ Sreysanthor High School Mr. Meng is a CTFF Committee Member and his Care Foundation is our Community Partner.

Update Progress is being made on the 2nd Library Project. It goes accordingly as planned. It will be finished on time for the Inauguration on 12/09/2018.

CARE's second library progress from CARE's Historian Robin Lim: 9/30/18 The groundbreaking ceremony for CARE's second library at Sreysanthor high school in Kampong Cham has been completed and we are scheduled to have second library built within 75 days from now!
