...Talent may not be a big factor, but the 6pm class (which has, basically, become a 'Juniors' class) is fairly regular and becoming a presence in our club. Female Juniors (not pictured) are well represented as well with generally 3-4 in attendance per 6pm class. ...Building a top program takes a longtime; Juniors are essential in the process. They can be frustrating, because it's such a revolving door with them, lol... However, *they're the seeds* of an elite crop. ...Rudy & I are somewhat confident, as both our Juniors & Team (@7pm), can be a relatively strong team 2 two level team (Juniors & Team) in about a year's time. ...We will continue to brainstorm and expand our teaching, training, curriculum and competition as 2021 allows. ...Much respect.
